Insert a torch to the insertion slot of the wire cutter and extend a piece of wire from a tip.
Cut the protruded wire from the tip by a set length.
Cutting wire with 2 pieces of cutter makes the surface of wire remain clean without burr.
Insert the torch to the insertion slot of nozzle cleaner. Pulverize and remove spatter sticking on the inside of nozzle with the reamer.
Clamping the nozzle does not allow torch to vibrate during cleaning.
Pull-up the torch and the pulverized spatter will be fallen down. It is capable to gather in one place without being dispersed as well.
Lower down and insert the torch again to the same insertion slot to atomize anti-spatter liquid to the inside of nozzle. The misty liquid is well applied there.
Finally, pull-up the torch and return it to the production line.
